There is a $100.00 deposit required at the time of check-in (see below for deposit requirements). This deposit becomes refundable after you complete your stay at the Fun Spots Hotel at Fountain Park and the room has been inspected.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of first night room and tax charge.

Deposit: We require a $100.00 security deposit at the time of check-in for all cash, check card, or debit card transactions. The deposit is refundable upon check-out in the form of a check which is mailed to you or may be picked up at another time. Checks are available 10 to 15 business days from the day you check-out. For check card and debit card payments, a refund request is sent to your account at the time of check-out. For guests who pay with a major credit card, the security deposit may be waved. An original driver's license or state issued I.D. is required for all adult guests. Room keys will not be issued to anyone not registered at the front desk.
