There is a $100.00 deposit required at the time of check-in (see below for deposit requirements). This deposit becomes refundable after you complete your stay at the Fun Spots Hotel at Fountain Park and the room has been inspected.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of first night room and tax charge.

Deposit: We require a $100.00 security deposit at the time of check-in for all cash, check card, or debit card transactions. Cash deposits are refundable in the form of a check which is mailed to you or may be picked up 10-15 business days after check out. For check card and debit card payments, a refund request is directed to your account 3-5 business days after check-out. For guests who pay with a major credit card, the security deposit may be waved. An original driver's license or state issued I.D. is required for all adult guests. Room keys will not be issued to anyone not registered at the front desk. |
