Cancellation Policy: A 72 hour cancellation policy applies. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of the first night's room and tax charge.
Guarantee Policy:
The Best Western Lake Buena Vista requires one night’s room and tax in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged this amount within 24 hours of booking, with the balance due at time of hotel check in. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to hotel check in. Cancellations received within 72 hours of hotel arrival will result in a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax, or forfeiture of deposit received.
A resort fee of $7.99 plus tax per night is due at check in.
