Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid first nights room and tax penalty.
Guarantee Policy:
The Best Western Lake Buena Vista requires one night’s room and tax in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged this amount within 24 hours of booking, with the balance due at time of hotel check in. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to hotel check in. Cancellations received within 72 hours of hotel arrival will result in a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax, or forfeiture of deposit received.
Terms and Conditions: Subject to availability at time of booking. Minimum 2 night stay required. Free night will be applied to the last night of your stay. Proof of birth date required upon check-in.
