Guarantee Policy:
The Best Western Lake Buena Vista requires one night’s room and tax in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged this amount within 24 hours of booking, with the balance due at time of hotel check in. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to hotel check in. Cancellations received within 72 hours of hotel arrival will result in a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax, or forfeiture of deposit received.
Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy for the hotel is 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid any penalties. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, the deposit of first night's room and tax is subject to forfeiture.
There is a $7.99 a day (plus tax ) resort fee that is not included in the room rate.
