Extended Stay Accommodation Mission Statement
The goal of Fun Spots Hotel at Fountain Park extended
stay accommodations are to provide you, our valued guest with a safe,
clean, and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price.
Extended Stay Accommodation Policies and Procedures
This long term stay hotel requires a security deposit at time of check
in for all extended stay reservations. The security deposit is refundable
upon check out, once the proper paperwork has been completed in advance.
Forms can be picked up at front desk upon check in.
Refund checks are available within 10-15 business days from check
out date for cash deposits. For credit card deposits, refunds are made
within 72 hours of check out. An official state issued driver's license
or state ID is required for all guests.
Extended Stay Accommodation Housekeeping Service
This long term stay hotel provides limited housekeeping service to all extended stay guest rooms. Extended stay guest rooms will only receive a basic cleaning once a week. All toiletry amenities are to be provided by the guest. Sheets and towels will be washed once a week. In room garbage is to be removed from the guest room by the guest and placed in the appropriate recepticles into outside dumpster. For more information call hotel at 407-396-1111.
Extended Stay Accommodation Terms of Agreement
Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age
Management must be made aware of all room occupants
Management reserves the right to move guests to comparable room accommodations
To ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests and to promote
a community atmosphere, guest can be removed from the property
and may forfeit security deposits for the following:
Any Illegal Activity
Internet AbuseFirearm or weapon possession on property
Harassment towards other hotel guests or hotel employees
Unsanitary living conditions and trash left in hotel room
Hanging any items from or interfering with sprinkler heads or fire detection sensors
Leaving minor children unattendedLeaving trash or other debris in common areas
LoiteringUnregistered guests occupying guest room
Parties in guest rooms, loud music or any actions that disturb other hotel guests
Having pets of any kind allowed on the premise (assistance animals
are allowed-must show documentation)
Feeding stray animals
Operating grills, outside barbeques or creating other fire hazards
Using bicycles, roller skates, skateboards on the walkways, in the
parking lot, or hallways
Failing to wear a shirt and shoes when outside your hotel room
Consuming alcoholic beverages outside your hotel room
Smoking anywhere inside the hotel
Washing, repairing, or advertising of any kind on hotel property
Improper sunbathing attire
Extended Stay Accommodation Payment Procedure
Accepted forms of payment: cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover Card, Diners Club Card, Money Order, and Fun Spots Hotel Direct
Bill approved accounts for payment of room charges.
All Payments are due in advance. Room charges for the upcoming week must be paid by 12 noon on the renewal date
Payments made after that time may be assessed a late fee.
To ensure our rates stay as low as possible, we ONLY rent rooms by the
week. Therefore, we do not refund any pre-paid room fees if you stay less
than seven (7) nights. Once you have stayed at least one week, extended
stay room rates are available. These stay over rates can be used to extend
your stay for less than one full week after the initial full week has

This deposit is a one time charge and is fully refundable provided you
leave your hotel room in good order, undamaged, and free of excess trash.

and Departure Notice prior to check out. You will receive this form at

must be given to the Front Desk. Complete the Departure Notice form one day prior to departure and
submit it to the Front Desk. This will help ensure your prompt deposit refund. Failure to provide this notice will result in
forfeit of your room deposit.
Any failure to comply with the terms of your stay, including but not
limited to, adhering to all Fun Spots Hotel extended stay policies, and
procedures, paying all charges in a timely manner, registering all room
occupants, illegal activities, disrupting other hotel guests will result
in the termination or non-renewal of your stay and your removal from the
property in accordance with applicable law. In these instances, no deposit
or pre-paid room charges will be refunded.
